We had our first experience at Precision IR today with a procedure that was far less invasive than the surgical option. The staff, nurses and physicians were all terrific, the facility was state of art and so much calmer than hospital settings. Dr. Nick Hendricks grew up in a small town in north Mississippi. He initially studied Electrical Engineering and worked in the robotics industry before deciding to attend medical school in his home state. From there, he went on to complete a general surgery internship, a radiology residency, and a vascular and interventional fellowship at the University of Virginia. Dr. Anderson received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University. He went on to receive his medical degree and a PhD in biochemistry from the University of Miami. Dr. Wajde Dabah is a Chicago native, born and raised in Elgin, Illinois. He attended anesthesia residency at University of Chicago and went on to perform an advanced fellowship in the field of pain management at University of California, San Francisco. He is double board-certified in anesthesiologist and pain medicine.
Dr. Dabah believes that chronic pain is a disease no different than hypertension or diabetes and that with time, commitment, and collaboration with his patients, they will take back control of their lives and overcome their chronic pain. His mission focuses on using the skills he obtained in his advanced training to bring back a high quality of life for his patients. He is determined to find a tailored treatment for each individual patient as he recognizes no two patients are ever the same.

After nearly a decade practicing in Chicago, Dr. Omar Said has decided to pursue his dream of opening his own clinic. Dr. Said is a Fellowship Trained Double Board Certified Interventional Pain Physician and Anesthesiologist. Dr. Said completed his anesthesia residency at Rush University Medical Center. At Rush, he was recognized with the Robert D. Dripps, MD Memorial Award for Most Outstanding Resident presented to the graduating resident who displayed the most outstanding clinical and academic performance. He was also presented with the Katalin Selmeczi, MD Memorial Award for Humanism presented annually to the resident who embodies spirit, humanism, devotion and courage. Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Said successfully completed an interventional pain management fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Wilson has over 20 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. She spent most of career at Christiana Care working as a Staff Nurse, Charge Nurse, Radiology Nurse Preceptor, and Adult Nurse Practitioner. Bonnie went on to receive her Doctorate in Nursing Practice and joined Endovascular Consultants in 2024.

Rachel was most recently the Clinical Director at Delaware Outpatient Center for Surgery (DOCS) for the past 3 years. She joined Endovascular Consultants in 2024.
Dr. Garcia has over 20 years of experience. He was the Department Chief and Medical Director of Peripheral labs in the Center for Heart & Vascular Health at Christiana Care from 2000-2014. He was also Medical Director of the Center for Comprehensive Venous Health from 2013-2015 and Chief Medical Officer for Merit Medical Systems from 2015-2017. He then became the Founder, CEO, and Medical Director of EndoVascular Consultants. He has been involved in multiple clinical trials & registries and continues to be invited to be a speaker/faculty at multiple national and international meetings.
Certified by The American Board of Surgery in both general and vascular surgery, Dr. Seidman has introduced innovative technologies to our surgical community, including carotid stenting, endovascular repair of abdominal aortic aneurysms, endovascular treatment of complex thoracic aortic pathology and peripheral arterial disease.
As a general surgeon, Dr. Seidman’s special interests include vascular and endovascular surgeries. He leads our region with his expertise and knowledge of aortic stents, grafting for abdominal aortic aneurysms and thoracic aneurysms.
Dr. Seidman serves as medical director for Oregon Heart and Vascular Institute and is the past chief of staff at PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend. He is a member of the Oregon Medical Association, Society of Vascular Surgery and Lane County Medical Society, as well as a fellow of the American College of Surgery. His original research in the field of vascular surgery won awards at the American Venous Forum and the New England Society for Vascular Surgery.
Dr. McGlade brings years of extensive experience in a wide range of interventional procedures serving patients with peripheral arterial disease, renal artery disease, end stage renal disease, venous disease including acute and chronic thrombosis as well as varicose veins, cancer patients and others. State of the art embolization techniques are useful in women with uterine fibroids and in men with prostate enlargement.
Dr. Chuck McGlade is a practicing interventional radiologist focusing on minimally invasive surgical procedures. He graduated from Johns Hopkins University and as one of the top ten students in his class, was awarded Phi Beta Kappa in his junior year. Medical education was completed at Cornell University Medical College where he was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha due to graduating in the top ten of his class. Further medical training was at UCLA where he was Chief Resident and completed an IR fellowship.
Dr. McGlade prides himself in building strong relationships with patients and staff and is focused on providing a patient-centered medical practice.
Dr. McGlade is the recipient of numerous awards and has authored multiple medical publications. Dr McGlade has lived in Oregon for 30 years and has brought new techniques and innovations to practices at Sacred Heart Medical Center, Sacred Heart Riverbend and McKenzie Willamette Medical Center. During the past several years, he has worked at Mercy Medical Center creating a full scale interventional program as the vascular specialist for Douglas County.
Dr. Alexander Dabrowiecki, MD is an interventional radiology specialist in Springfield, OR. He is affiliated with medical facilities Sacred Heart Medical Center-Riverbend and McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center.
Dr. John F. Guynan is a highly experienced interventional radiologist with 11 to 20 years of clinical practice. He earned his medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine and has since dedicated his career to the specialized field of radiology.
Dr. Guynan focuses on interpreting advanced imaging studies—including X-rays, PET scans, CT scans, and MRIs—to diagnose a wide range of medical conditions. In addition to diagnostic imaging, Dr. Guynan plays a critical role in cancer care, utilizing radiation therapy and interventional techniques to manage and treat cancerous tumors.
Dr. Tim Hallman, born in Dayton, Ohio, and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota, has been a valuable member of Radiology Consultants for the past two years. He specializes in interventional procedures including uterine and prostate artery embolization, vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty, Y90 radioembolization, and TIPS (transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt).
Dr. Hallman’s areas of interest include oncologic and hepatobiliary interventions, as well as geniculate artery embolization. He is board eligible in Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology and holds medical licenses in Nebraska and Iowa.
Dr. Hallman completed his undergraduate and medical education at Creighton University and his residency at Creighton University School of Medicine. He furthered his training with a fellowship in Interventional Radiology at the University of Florida Health Shands Hospital. He is an active member of the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR).
Dr. Chad Eicher, originally from Willingboro, NJ, and raised in Seward, NE, has been a resolute member of Radiology Consultants since 2010. He specializes in Interventional Radiology, offering a full spectrum of procedures including prostate artery embolization (PAE), genicular artery embolization (GAE), uterine fibroid embolization (UFE), varicose vein treatments, vertebral augmentation, and interventional oncology.
Dr. Eicher’s professional interests include embolization procedures and interventional oncology. He is board certified in both Interventional Radiology and Diagnostic Radiology and holds medical licenses in Nebraska and Iowa. His professional memberships include the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR), the Society of Interventional Oncology (SIO), the American Roentgen Ray Society (ARRS), the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA), and the American College of Radiology (ACR).
Dr. Eicher earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and his MD from the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). He completed his residency at Creighton University Medical Center and his Interventional Radiology fellowship at UNMC. Dr. Eicher served on active duty at Eisenhower Army Medical Center from 2007 to 2010. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and six children, as well as engaging in sports, fitness, and outdoor activities.
Dr. Jeb List, born and raised in Yankton, SD, has been a valued member of Radiology Consultants for the past four years. He specializes in both Pediatric and Adult Interventional Radiology. Dr. List is a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology and the Society of Pediatric Interventional Radiology. He completed his radiology residency at Creighton University and pursued fellowships in Interventional Radiology at the University of Washington and in Pediatric Interventional Radiology at Seattle Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Pat Harty is a practicing Interventional Radiologist with Radiology Consultants of the Midwest in Omaha, Nebraska. He has been in practice for 18 years, the first 16 of which were in Sacramento, California. He was Chief of Interventional Radiology for Radiology Associates of Sacramento for many years, and later worked for Sutter Medical Group and served as director of the downtown outpatient IR center both before and after the groups merged. Dr. Harty was involved early on in building outpatient IR centers in 2008 and 2011.
Dr. Harty’s special interest is in peripheral artery disease, and he teaches both locally and nationally for Boston Scientific and Shockwave Medical. He has used the Jetstream device since 2011, and has performed over 500 cases. Most recently he has been particularly interested in the use of combination therapy with atherectomy, IVL, and DCB.
Dr. Harty graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A. in Honors English in 1996. He earned his medical degree from Creighton University in 2000, and served as class president. He also did his medical internship and Diagnostic Radiology residency at Creighton University. His fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology was completed at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria program, where he learned his passion for peripheral arterial disease in the very vascular-heavy fellowship there.
In addition to PAD, he also enjoys treating venous thromboembolic disease and was very instrumental in building the DVT and PE program at his current practice over the past 2 years. Outside of work, he enjoys gravel racing and competed in the CrossFit Games team finals in Carson, CA in 2010.
Dr Ahmed M. Fadl attended Johns Hopkins University where he did a combined undergraduate and graduate degree in Biophysics. He then did laboratory and clinical work at the Sloan Kettering Institute and Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Institute focusing on benchtop imaging protocols before pursuing additional graduate work in applied anatomy at the Case Western Reserve University.
He returned to his native New York to attend medical school at SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine. In medical school, he did a year of clinical research fellowship at NYU in the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery division.
Dr Fadl did his surgical internship at Stony Brook followed by Diagnostic Radiology residency at NYU Langone Hospital- Long Island (formerly Winthrop University Hospital). During his residency he received the RSNA Roentgen Ray resident/fellow research award and SIR resident in training scholarship. He was also the chief resident his senior year.
He completed his fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School. He is board certified in diagnostic and interventional radiology. He has authored numerous publications and presented at national meetings.
Dr Fadl came to Pittsburgh after finishing his training to join his wife who is a medical oncologist. He joined Foundation Radiology Group becoming the medical director of imaging at Jefferson Hospital. He most recently was associated with Allegheny Health Network as part of the faculty of Vascular and Interventional Radiology.
His expertise lies in peripheral arterial disease treatments, chronic limb ischemia treatments, dialysis management with focus in percutaneous AV fistula creations, interventional oncology, and women’s health interventions specifically uterine fibroid embolization.
As the medical director of The Painless Center, with locations in Carlstadt and Tenafly, New Jersey, Chi-Shin Jason Chiu, MD, strives to stay current on the latest advancements in interventional pain management and anesthesia. Dr. Chiu’s compassionate, caring personality makes him a favorite among patients seeking treatment for chronic pain from falls, auto accidents, and degenerative diseases.
Dr. Chiu is double board-certified in Pain Management and Anesthesia by the American Board of Anesthesiology, the American Society of Anesthesiologists, and the New Jersey State Society of Anesthesiologists. He is also part of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.
In addition to his work at The Painless Center, Dr. Chiu serves as the director of the Pain Management Division and Anesthesia Medical Education at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, New Jersey. While pursuing his medical degree, Dr. Chiu spent time at the world-renowned Texas Tech International Grace Clinic’s Pain Management Center in Lubbock, Texas. Dr. Chiu’s rotations there sparked his interest in interventional pain management.
Dr. Chiu later completed an internship at New York Presbyterian Hospital in Queens and went on to finish his anesthesiology residency at Rutgers University Hospital in Newark, New Jersey. For his fellowship training, Dr. Chiu studied at the prestigious John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County in Chicago.

Dr. Syed has been practicing Medicine in the Ohio Market for close to 30 years and has authored and published a medical book on Interventional Radiology.
Dr. Soto is a board-certified, fellowship-trained vascular and interventional radiologist. He has performed thousands of innovative, minimally invasive image-guided treatments for a wide variety of complex conditions.. He specializes in lower extremity revascularization, embolization for prostatic enlargement and uterine fibroids, and minimally invasive musculoskeletal pain treatments.
After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Biomedical Engineering, he completed his medical degree at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center. He completed his Radiology residency at Temple University Medical Center in Philadelphia and then his Interventional Radiology fellowship at Stanford University.
Since then, he has worked in a variety of hospital and outpatient-based settings for more than 15 years in Northern and Central California and on the East Coast. In particular, he has been focused on delivering quality, safe, and state-of-the-art office-based treatments since 2016 and has served as medical director of successful practices in New Jersey and San Joaquin County.
When Dr. Soto founded PVI in 2022 it was with the goal of providing exceptional ambulatory interventional care in underserved areas in the East Bay. The primary Hayward location was established in early 2024.
He is active staff at Washington and St. Rose Hospitals and Seton Medical Center. Dr. Soto is an active member of the Society of Interventional Radiology, and of the Outpatient Endovascular and Interventional Society.
He is a native Spanish speaker and is incredibly excited to offer compassionate and culturally competent care to the Hayward and neighboring communities.
In his spare time, Dr. Soto loves traveling with his wife, son, and two dogs, playing tennis, running, biking, and indulging in chess.
Dr. Zagum Bhatti is a highly skilled vascular interventional radiologist with extensive experience in advanced endovascular therapies. Dr. Bhatti earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed his residency training at Michigan State University, where he was chief resident. Among his many accomplishments, Dr. Bhatti has been invited to speak at multiple national and international conferences.
Dr. Bhatti’s leadership roles at Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital and the University of Texas Health Sciences Center demonstrate his commitment to patient care and medical education. With over eight years of practice in Houston, Dr. Bhatti has honed his expertise in treating peripheral arterial disease and performing embolization techniques for various vein and vascular conditions. Bashar Nahab, MD, is trained in interventional radiology and has a focus on hepatobiliary diseases, interventional oncology and image-guided urological interventions. Dr. Nahab chose those areas because of the deep desire to change the course of the diseases through implementing innovative treatment modalities to help our patients.
Dr. Nahab served as chief resident during his residency in radiology. He completed his Master of Science in medical research while training and defended and published his thesis on cryoablations for adrenal tumors, focusing on minimally invasive treatment modalities for metastatic tumors.
Medicine is Dr. Nahab’s passion and treating patients is his purpose. His approach to patient care and decision-making is to treat patients the way he would want family members to get treated.

Dr. Nicholaus Monsma, M.D., is a highly trained physician specializing in Interventional Radiology. After graduating from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Michael A. Savin designed medical devices for Interventional Radiologists. He then graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School and completed a radiology residency at the University of Washington. He received fellowship training in Interventional Radiology at the University of Pennsylvania.
Since 1996, Dr. Savin has extensive experience with minimally invasive cancer treatment (including Y-90 radioembolization) as well as vascular disease treatment (including angioplasty and stent placement). Most recently, he was an interventional radiologist at Beaumont Royal Oak and Associate Professor of Radiology at Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. Dr. Bassuner is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Interventional Radiology who performs a spectrum of minimally invasive procedures. Dr. Morar is a board-certified Interventional Radiologist trained at the Cleveland Clinic. He has been in clinical practice since 2005 and has performed over 30,000 Interventional radiology procedures. He has a special interest in embolization procedures which require closing down blood vessels from the inside using x-ray guidance.
