Dr. Nick Hendricks grew up in a small town in north Mississippi. He initially studied Electrical Engineering and worked in the robotics industry before deciding to attend medical school in his home state. From there, he went on to complete a general surgery internship, a radiology residency, and a vascular and interventional fellowship at the University of Virginia. He practiced in the Washington, DC area for 4 years before moving to South Florida in 2019.

Dr. Wajde Dabah is a Chicago native, born and raised in Elgin, Illinois. He attended anesthesia residency at University of Chicago and went on to perform an advanced fellowship in the field of pain management at University of California, San Francisco. He is double board-certified in anesthesiologist and pain medicine.
Dr. Dabah believes that chronic pain is a disease no different than hypertension or diabetes and that with time, commitment, and collaboration with his patients, they will take back control of their lives and overcome their chronic pain. His mission focuses on using the skills he obtained in his advanced training to bring back a high quality of life for his patients. He is determined to find a tailored treatment for each individual patient as he recognizes no two patients are ever the same.

Dr. Garcia has over 20 years of experience. He was the Department Chief and Medical Director of Peripheral labs in the Center for Heart & Vascular Health at Christiana Care from 2000-2014. He was also Medical Director of the Center for Comprehensive Venous Health from 2013-2015 and Chief Medical Officer for Merit Medical Systems from 2015-2017. He then became the Founder, CEO, and Medical Director of EndoVascular Consultants. Dr. Chuck McGlade is a practicing interventional radiologist focusing on minimally invasive surgical procedures. He graduated from Johns Hopkins University and as one of the top ten students in his class, was awarded Phi Beta Kappa in his junior year. Medical education was completed at Cornell University Medical College where he was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha due to graduating in the top ten of his class. Dr. Jeb List, born and raised in Yankton, SD, has been a valued member of Radiology Consultants for the past four years. He specializes in both Pediatric and Adult Interventional Radiology. Dr. List is a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology and the Society of Pediatric Interventional Radiology. He completed his radiology residency at Creighton University and pursued fellowships in Interventional Radiology at the University of Washington and in Pediatric Interventional Radiology at Seattle Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Pat Harty is a practicing Interventional Radiologist with Radiology Consultants of the Midwest in Omaha, Nebraska. He has been in practice for 18 years, the first 16 of which were in Sacramento, California. He was Chief of Interventional Radiology for Radiology Associates of Sacramento for many years, and later worked for Sutter Medical Group and served as director of the downtown outpatient IR center both before and after the groups merged. Dr. Harty was involved early on in building outpatient IR centers in 2008 and 2011.
Dr. Harty’s special interest is in peripheral artery disease, and he teaches both locally and nationally for Boston Scientific and Shockwave Medical. He has used the Jetstream device since 2011, and has performed over 500 cases. Most recently he has been particularly interested in the use of combination therapy with atherectomy, IVL, and DCB.
Dr. Harty graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A. in Honors English in 1996. He earned his medical degree from Creighton University in 2000, and served as class president. He also did his medical internship and Diagnostic Radiology residency at Creighton University. His fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology was completed at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria program, where he learned his passion for peripheral arterial disease in the very vascular-heavy fellowship there.
In addition to PAD, he also enjoys treating venous thromboembolic disease and was very instrumental in building the DVT and PE program at his current practice over the past 2 years. Outside of work, he enjoys gravel racing and competed in the CrossFit Games team finals in Carson, CA in 2010.
Dr Ahmed M. Fadl attended Johns Hopkins University where he did a combined undergraduate and graduate degree in Biophysics. He then did laboratory and clinical work at the Sloan Kettering Institute and Cleveland Clinic Lerner Research Institute focusing on benchtop imaging protocols before pursuing additional graduate work in applied anatomy at the Case Western Reserve University.
He returned to his native New York to attend medical school at SUNY Stony Brook School of Medicine. In medical school, he did a year of clinical research fellowship at NYU in the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery division.
Dr Fadl did his surgical internship at Stony Brook followed by Diagnostic Radiology residency at NYU Langone Hospital- Long Island (formerly Winthrop University Hospital). During his residency he received the RSNA Roentgen Ray resident/fellow research award and SIR resident in training scholarship. He was also the chief resident his senior year.
He completed his fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School. He is board certified in diagnostic and interventional radiology. He has authored numerous publications and presented at national meetings.
Dr Fadl came to Pittsburgh after finishing his training to join his wife who is a medical oncologist. He joined Foundation Radiology Group becoming the medical director of imaging at Jefferson Hospital. He most recently was associated with Allegheny Health Network as part of the faculty of Vascular and Interventional Radiology.

Bashar Nahab, MD, is trained in interventional radiology and has a focus on hepatobiliary diseases, interventional oncology and image-guided urological interventions. Dr. Nahab chose those areas because of the deep desire to change the course of the diseases through implementing innovative treatment modalities to help our patients.

His particular clinical interests include locoregional therapies for the treatment of liver cancer such as Yttrium-90 radioembolization, chemoembolization, and thermal ablation as well as treatment of Men’s and Women’s health issues such as prostate and uterine fibroid embolization.

Dr. Sendhil Subramanian, we like to call him Dr. Subra, is board-certified in Radiology and fellowship-trained in Vascular and Interventional Radiology and has over 25 years of experience. He specializes in minimally invasive, non-surgical treatments, particularly Uterine Fibroid Embolization, Genicular Artery Embolization, and Radioembolization.
Dr. Subramanian earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan and completed his medical internship at Indiana University School of Medicine. He then pursued his Radiology residency and Interventional Radiology fellowship at Wayne State School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan.
Having practiced extensively in both hospital and outpatient settings across metro Atlanta, Dr. Subramanian brings a deep understanding of patient care, tailoring treatments to meet the diverse needs of individuals from all backgrounds. Dr. Iqbal is a board certified and fellowship trained vascular interventional radiologist. He has more than 20 years of experience earning recognition as a Top Doctor in his specialty for over 10 years. His expertise is in outpatient minimally invasive treatment of various vascular and nonvascular conditions. Dr. Iqbal is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Radiology at SUNY Buffalo and teaches medical students during clinical rotations at Buffalo Vascular Care. During the course of his practice, Dr. Iqbal has hosted many training sessions on advanced endovascular techniques for numerous interventional radiologists and vascular surgeons within WNY and United States.
He additionally chairs medical educational conferences annually in WNY. He is considered a leader in minimally invasive endovascular treatments. He has acted in advisory role to various medical industry engineering departments providing technical advice.
Tiffany Card is an accomplished certified Physician Assistant with a comprehensive background and strong track record of delivering exceptional patient care. Certified by NCCPA and licensed in New York, Tiffany upholds the highest standards of patient care and safety.
With nearly two decades of clinical experience, Tiffany has excelled in various roles. Her expertise spans hand surgery, orthopedic urgent care, and total joints, demonstrating adaptability and leadership. She excels in diagnostic interpretation, medical decision-making, and procedural skills, including injections, splinting, casting, and surgical assistance.

Dr. Morar is a board-certified Interventional Radiologist trained at the Cleveland Clinic. He has been in clinical practice since 2005 and has performed over 30,000 Interventional radiology procedures. He has a special interest in embolization procedures which require closing down blood vessels from the inside using x-ray guidance. He has performed well over 5000 of these procedures which has included treating uterine, fibroids, hemorrhoids and obesity for weight loss amongst others. He was one of the first physicians in the nation to publish research on hemorrhoidal artery embolization as early as 2005.
As a native of Ohio, Dr. Morar has owned and operated his own outpatient Interventional Radiology practice in Cincinnati and Dayton for over 18 years. He now enjoys teaching radiology residence and fellows as part-time faculty at the University of Cincinnati and also provides Interventional radiology services at Mercy Hospital in Youngestown Ohio.
In his spare time, Dr. Morar enjoys healthcare philanthropy work, which has largely involved building healthcare infrastructure, and Interventional radiology services in rural India.
He is also a lifetime member of the Society Interventional Radiology serving on several educational committees promoting the awareness of Interventional Radiology treatment options.
