Lead physician Dr. Luke Carlson specializes in Vascular and Interventional Radiology procedures that address numerous conditions, including uterine fibroids, peripheral vascular disease, and varicose veins. As a specialist in minimally invasive approaches to a broad spectrum of medical disorders, Dr. Carlson offers decades of experience and a patient-centered approach to medical care.
Dr. Carlson received his medical training at Loma Linda University Medical School, where he earned his M.D., and completed his internship in Internal Medicine at the University of California San Francisco – Fresno Campus. Dr. Carlson went on to complete his training in Diagnostic Radiology at Loma Linda University Medical Center. He then completed a Vascular and Interventional Radiology fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Dallas. He spent nearly a decade serving as a physician at the Dallas Veterans Administration Medical Center and has trained numerous other physicians in Interventional Radiology procedures and techniques, including UFE.
