Leadership & Background Before co-founding North Star, Dr. Astani dedicated nearly a decade in Chicago, taking on various high-level administrative roles, such as Chairman of the Department of Radiology at several hospitals. This background inspired his dedication to a more personal, "built with heart" healthcare approach that minimizes the risk of hospital-acquired infections and emphasizes rapid, same-day recovery.
